Data stays in your stack. Your notes, docs, and context live on your systems and storage.

We keep this simple and human. Threadbaire is built around the idea that your knowledge should live with you. That includes your data.

Scope: We evaluate a small, agreed slice using your test or production tenant.
Access: Read-only where possible; we run checks with your model/API keys.
Secrets: No URL-style secrets. Scoped API keys or exports only. If you use a proxy/context extender, we ride on top, no infra changes.
Residency: EU-region hosting is available for pilots upon request.
DPA: A Data Processing Addendum is available on request.
Retention: No data retained after the Pilot completes.
Materials: Templates/specs are shared under a light NDA.

Waitlist entries: email address (and any name you include), to notify you about beta access.
Pilot requests: the details you submit (email, org, context, budget bracket), to review and coordinate the intake.
Support messages: your email + message, to respond and resolve your request.
Web server logs: routine operational logs from our host (e.g., IP, user agent), for reliability and abuse prevention.

Vercel — website hosting and static asset delivery (standard server logs for operations).
Formspree — handles waitlist/contact/pilot form submissions (only the form payload you send).
Cronitor RUM — privacy-respecting runtime performance analytics (page URLs/paths, timings, user agent; no ad tracking).
GoatCounter — simple, cookieless pageview analytics (page URLs, referrer, coarse usage metrics; no ad tracking).

We do not sell data or share it with advertisers.

Transport: TLS for data in transit; HTTPS everywhere.
Least privilege: access to operational tools is limited to a small set of personnel.
Secrets: pilots use scoped API keys or sandbox exports; no URL-style secrets.
Storage: we keep only minimal records noted above; provider-managed storage for forms and logs.

Waitlist: kept until invite is sent or you ask us to delete.
Pilot requests: kept for the duration of the evaluation and billing/admin if applicable; deleted on request.
Support emails: kept for as long as needed to resolve the request, then archived or deleted.
Server/analytics logs: retained briefly for operations and usage understanding; no cross-site tracking.
