What should I include?
A few lines are enough: what you're working on, what's on your mind, or how the research connects to your work. For a commission, add the question, the exposure or decision behind it, and any deadline.
How fast do you reply?
Usually within a few days. If it's time-sensitive, say so.
Will you add me to a list?
No. There's no newsletter. You'll only hear back to answer your message.
